Salt is the only Seasoning you need on the meat!
DO NOT over saeson Your Meat!

If you want to baste during cooking use 50/50 Bourbon & Butter
The Sauce should be applied 15 to 20 minutes before the meat
is done, or on the last turns of the meat
so it can come to temperature and crack.
You can make a foil boat
or use a cookie sheet to keep your BBQ clean.
This is especially handy for chicken strips and small pieces.
To crack the sauce for side serving, microwave until it bubbles.
